There's no place like home. Alexandra, otherwise known to her friends and family as Lexey, returned home with her husband-to-be, Barret, to celebrate their wedding. She had dreamed of getting married at her grandparent's estate in the charming town of Coronado just on the outskirts of sunny San Diego. Along with her amazing mom and the talents of Amanda McPhail owner of creative affairs, inc., Lexey designed and created a DIY wedding that not only reflected her sophisticated style but also reflected the laid back feeling of the beach community she grew up in. Lexey and Barret also wanted to create a wedding celebration that was full of energy and good old fashion fun. Mission accomplished! Lexey and Barret, thank you, thank you, thank you for having me capture your beautiful day. The day couldn't have been more glorious--surrounded by the love of family and friends, the perfect sunny Southern California weather, and the sweet internal kicks of your baby girl. Enjoy! xoxo, Stacey P.S. Can you believe that Lexey is almost 7-months pregnant in these photos?!
Lexey received a beautiful love letter and 2 vintage necklaces from Barret--one of which she wore at the reception.
Lexey and Barret didn't see each other before the wedding ceremony. And Barret was very emotional when he saw Lexey for the first time coming down the aisle with her dad.
