Sharni and Ryan wanted their engagement session in a setting that would reflect their Portland and Canadian roots as well as their San Francisco Bay Area home. They thought Tilden Park with its lush trees and vast views of the San Francisco Bay would perfectly reflect that feeling. And how about that sunset?! And if you think you have seen this couple before on my blog, it's because you have. Well Sharni and Ryan's story is kind of out of the ordinary. Last February I photographed their private and intimate wedding ceremony at San Francisco City Hall. You can read up on their story here. And almost a year later, we photographed their engagement session which will be followed by a grand wedding ceremony in Portland this Saturday on their actual one year anniversary.
